Shipping & Handling



We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Australia. Orders will be sent via the Australia Post eParcel Express Service.

Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-3 business days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.

Orders received by 10am AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day unless pending credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 24 hours unless pending credit verification.



All international orders will be sent out using Australia Post International Express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on weight of your order and your location, and will be calculated at the time of checkout.

We ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (the Republic of), Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada, United States, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Laos, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Tonga, Vanuatu, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates.

Orders received by 10am AEST on a business day and pending credit verification, will be dispatched on that business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit verification. Delivery can take longer depending on your location and we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time period.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes. Perfume and Perfume Oils cannot be sent overseas at this time due to new 'dangerous goods' shipping requirements.

Delivery to some countries may incur additional customs and duty charges upon delivery depending on your order. Footage is not responsible for these charges and are at the customer's cost as they can vary from country to country.
