Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full priced items within 60 days from receipt of goods provided that they are in their original condition. Items should be returned unused.
For domestic orders within Australia, we will cover all shipping charges on returned goods. Due to the costs associated with shipping internationally, shipping charges on returned goods from international orders will be at the buyer’s expense.
If not paid for and organised by FOURNINETY, returns MUST be made via a secure shipping method with tracking as FOURNINETY is not liable for items lost in the post. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your cost.
To arrange a return, please contact email@example.com and quote your order number. When contacting please include Full Name/Address/Item to be returned/Reason for return.
Please choose carefully as sale merchandise are Final Sale. We do not accept returns on sale items unless faulty. Where we identify that there is a fault with an item, we guarantee to provide a repair, replacement or a refund. This is at the discretion of FOURNINETY. Replacement is subject to availability. Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. In some cases, the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
For domestic orders within Australia, we offer free shipping for the first exchange arranged on an order. For all future exchanges requested from the same order, buyer's must cover all shipping charges in relation to the exchange.
Shipping costs for exchanges on all international orders will be at the buyer’s expense.
